TodayMarist College Eastwood Old Boys Association
Supporting the next generation of Marist men.
From four brothers and 100 boys in 1937 to a thriving school community today — the Old Boys Association ensures every generation of Marist men has the support they need to flourish.
Our Story
Revived in 1987 by John Boys and reflecting a history of community and generational change over 90 years.
Our Association exists to foster connection and camaraderie among alumni, while our primary purpose is supporting current students at Marist College Eastwood — particularly those facing adversity or disadvantage. True to the Marist spirit, we believe in standing together as a community.
The college opened on 31 January 1937 with four brothers and 100 boys. A bursary fund was established at the 50th anniversary reunion in 1987, formally codified under a Trust Deed in 1996. Revived in 2021, the Association has now distributed over $70,000 in scholarships and continues to fund tutoring, bursaries, and direct student support.
